A fundraiser by Shiksha Movement

Shiksha movement is an international initiative acting to contribute to the solution of a global humanitarian crisis. This consists of children of both middle class and lower class suffering from a deprivation of basic education standards. As a group we deem it necessary to play our part in taking a stand, by raising both awareness and funds. The issue of education inequality being one that is global we urge all of you to consider the hardships these young innocent children face and reflect on how you could minimalize that suffering. By donating you will change the life of a group of children by contributing to the introduction of running water in their school. We are working to raise money for the Teach for India organisation that also train teachers who then go on to help reform students’ lives. The ethos of our group is based on the basic ideal that those fortunate and able to help others do so. We urge you to participate as we are a small gear in a large mechanism, but an important one. Please donate and make a difference!
